Ocean Limousine Service will do everything possible to ensure that your transportation needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Everything that we do and everyone that you encounter at Ocean Limousine Service has this primary goal in mind.

Reservations
Your advance reservation is greatly appreciated. Please Book 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate all request. Reservations may be placed 24 hours a day by calling 603-501-1800 or by using our Contact Form. You may also place your reservation at any time on our website.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of each service. unless otherwise arrange flat fee bill with Ocean Limousine, All fares, charges, gratuities, etc, may be paid by cash, check, traveler’s check, Master Card, Visa, If paying by cash, your exact change will be greatly appreciated. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Ocean Limousine

Deposits
A valid credit card number with adequate credit to cover all fares and charges is required to place and guarantee all reservations. One of the alternate forms of payment listed above may be rendered at the time of service.

Cancellations
If a cancellation occurs within three (3) hours of the scheduled pick up time, the full fare for that trip will be charged.

No-Shows
If a client fails to show at the designated location, a no-show fee equal to the trip fare, plus wait time (not to exceed one (1) hour @ the hourly rates listed under Charges,) and driver’s gratuity, will be levied. In order to avoid a no-show fee, clients should not leave the designated meeting location without notifying Ocean Limousine Service.

Charges
Wait Time: $11.00 per 15 minutes

Extra Stop: $10.00 per 10 minutes (wait time fees apply for any stop over 10 minutes

Late Night/Early A.M. $10.00 extra for pickup times 11:30-5:30 AM

Holiday Pickup: $25.00 extra applies to Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter

Parking: Charged as incurred Gratuity: 20 percent if not included in quote

Wait Time:
To airport or other designated location: Wait time charges begin 16 minutes past the scheduled pickup time and are charged back to scheduled pickup time. From Airport: Wait time charges begin 45 minutes after the arrival of domestic flight and one hour after arrival of International flights

Greeting Locations
Your driver and car will be waiting for you outside the terminal building at the designated Limousine Stand. Drivers for hire are not permitted inside the terminal buildings at any time and must remain with their vehicle. Your car will be curbside, at the designated Limousine Stand 15 minutes after the confirmed landing time of your flight. This will allow ample time for you to collect your luggage and locate the Limousine Stand. If you cannot locate the Limousine Stand, or your vehicle, please contact Ocean Limousine at 866-569-5791
